I have helped women successfully regulate their menstrual cycle, resolve
PMS, eliminate hot flashes, improve thyroid function, have more energy
and sleep better.
Replace or Re-balance? My approach is unique.
Hormone Replacement Therapy can provide a “quick fix.” However, this approach demands increasingly high levels of hormone to achieve the same effect, and soon unwanted side effects occur.
Instead, I pursue a natural approach by rebuilding the glands of the endocrine system.
My approach addresses the underlying issues affecting these glands, which includes the pituitary, the thyroid, the adrenals, the ovaries and the testes and allow them to work on their own, so that your hormones balance themselves naturally.
Identifying the Source of Imbalance
The endocrine system responds to stress, inflammation and infection.
We know that other systems like our digestive system and our immune system play a role in stimulating the release of hormones, activating hormones, and eliminating excess hormones.
In the absence of a genetic defect or structural abnormality, the imbalance is often caused from by poor diet, poor digestive health, long-term stress, inflammation and/or infection.
Over time an imbalance eventually over stimulates endocrine glands, and they “burn out,” becoming dysfunctional. This in turn causes additional bothersome symptoms.
The Importance of Diet in Re-Balancing Hormones
The first step in my hormone re-balancing therapy is to improve your diet, environment and lifestyle. Then I use clinical nutrition, botanical medicine and drainage therapies to repair and rebuild the endocrine system.
With this approach I have helped women successfully regulate their menstrual cycle, resolve PMS, eliminate hot flashes, improve thyroid function, have more energy and sleep better.
